OPERATION -Head-
The incumbent for following positions need to have at (east
3 years related experience in tank or finance company and ready to be assigned
throughout Indonesia (especially in Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan). The incumbent
will report directly to the management as a part of branch's top team
BRANCH MANAGER (BM)
Responsible for managing overall sales, service, credit and
collection process from strategy planning to operational execution by
implementing excellent risk management and customer services to achieve the
branch target The candidate should be competent in managing resources and
planning business strategy and vision.
SERVICE HEAD (SEH)
Responsible for overall branch services standard
Implementation, managing assets and financial matters, administration, employee
relations and branch infrastructures. Service mindset and can-do attitude are
required in inspiring team performance.
CREDIT HEAD (CH)
Responsible for managing the acquisition function on branch
credit decision in accordance to company policies and procedures through
optimal portfolio management Previous expert nee in credit analysis and
recommendation is a must
AR MANAGEMENT HEAD
(ARH)
Responsible for managing the collection function in the
branch in accordance with company policies and procedures to minimize the level
of bad debts and optimizing overall assets management.
SALES OFFICER (SO)
Bertanggung jawab terhadap pencapaian target pemenuhan
aplikasi kredit melalui penciptaan relasi yang hangat dengan dealer/partner/
pelanggan serta melalui pelayanan yang prima (kecepatan proses, keakuratan
data, informasi yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan)
SURVEYOR (SUR)
Bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan pengecekan keakuratan data
pelanggan di lapangan, dengan melakukan survey terhadap pelanggan dari segi
karakter, kapital, kondisi dan kolateral.
COLLECTION TEAM (FC)
Bertanggung jawab terhadap penanganan masalah piutang. Tugas
keseharian mencakup pemantauan bucket piutang dan mencari cara terbaik dalam
melakukan penagihan sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku dengan tetap menjaga
kualitas pelayanan.
SALES ADMINISTRATOR (SA)
Bertanggung jawab dalam membantu cabang untuk mengelola
peran administrasi, baik dari segi pencetakan dan kontrol administrasi terhadap
kontrak pelanggan, membantu Sales Officer dalam melengkapi seluruh dokumen
aplikasi sehingga dapat diproses dengan lebih cepat. integritas yang tinggi.
FLEET DEPARTMENT -
Head-
Responsible for managing corporate business sales, service,
credit, AR management and implementing strategy roadmap to growth of Fleet
Department. To experience in corporate banking and handling corporate customer.
FLEET SALES HEAD
Responsible for managing sales to achieve target in sales
area. The candidate must have strategy plan and grab potential market for
corporate customer. The candidate should competent in building relationship with
customer or key account and related parties to achieve sates target.
TA DEVELOPMENT
PROGRAM (TADP)
The 9-month program will prepare you to become our
operational leader. You have to show excellent qualities in learning, planning,
leading, and execution to be qualified to join the program. The candidate must
be ready to be assigned throughout Indonesia. Fresh graduate from reputable
university (with GPA min 3.00) and competent young professional are encouraged
